John is a Real Estate Broker with more than 15 years of experience.  John has successfully closed more than $50 million in commercial and residential transactions and assisted in the development of more than $300 million in shopping centers. John specializes in all aspects of real estate including residential sales and development, commercial sales and development, land assembly, governmental approval, acquisition of properties, entitlements and master planning. 

John is a member of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois, Illinois Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and has also worked with the International Council of Shopping Centers Illinois Government Relations Committee for the past 7 years. 

John has lived in Southern Illinois his entire life and truly enjoys working with people. Member of St Teresa Parish in Belleville, Illinois. John is married to Lindsay Ann Costello and has two children, JP JR and Camryn Rose Costello.
