In 2007 CR Holland was hired to manage the development, leasing and construction of Tapestry Park, an A+++ mixed use development located in Jacksonville, FL. In 2009, Tapestry Park was voted the Best Mixed-Use Project in North East Florida by the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties.
