Project Description: Mountain Dew Park is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose stadium located within Marion’s destination development district. The venue serves as a regional hub for sports, entertainment, and community events, drawing visitors from across southern Illinois and beyond.
Designed as both a baseball stadium and flexible event space, Mountain Dew Park was envisioned to anchor a broader entertainment district, connecting recreation, dining, and hospitality experiences in one destination.
Role & Involvement: CR Holland acquired an ownership interest in the facility and led its rebranding and repurposing to expand its event programming beyond baseball. Our team helped reposition the venue to attract concerts, festivals, and community gatherings, enhancing its integration with surrounding development plans and strengthening Marion’s regional entertainment identity.
