Project Description: Tapestry Park is a premier A+++ mixed-use development that redefined urban living in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed in 2009, the project integrates luxury residential units, boutique retail, upscale dining, Class A office space, and a full-service hotel within a vibrant walkable community. Designed as a true live–work–play environment, Tapestry Park brought together high-end design, thoughtful master planning, and seamless connectivity to create one of Northeast Florida’s most dynamic destinations. The project earned top recognition as the “Best Mixed-Use Project in Northeast Florida” by the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), underscoring its excellence in design, execution, and impact.
Role & Involvement: CR Holland served as the development, leasing, and construction management lead for Tapestry Park, guiding the project from initial concept through completion. The firm oversaw site planning, coordinated all vertical construction, managed leasing efforts for retail, office, and hospitality components, and ensured alignment between stakeholders, tenants, and design teams. Through comprehensive project oversight and hands-on leadership, CR Holland delivered a destination that continues to serve as a benchmark for quality mixed-use development in the region.
