This vibrant urban community combined luxury residential units, boutique retail spaces, upscale dining, office suites, and a full-service hotel, all designed to create a dynamic live–work–play environment.
ALOFT JACKSONVILLE TAPESTRY PARK A 136-room Aloft by Marriott hotel developed in Jacksonville’s Deerwood Park area, featuring modern architecture, a full-service bar and lounge, conference facilities, and resort-style amenities. The project introduced a fresh, lifestyle-oriented hospitality option in one of Jacksonville’s most active business and entertainment corridors.
THE SHOPPES AT ALOMA WALK IN OVIEDO, FLORIDA A 60,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Publix supermarket, complemented by retail and restaurant outparcels. The project revitalized a key retail corridor, providing new neighborhood amenities and improved vehicular access along Aloma Avenue.
III FORKS STEAKHOUSE JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA Fine Dining | Hospitality Recruitment | Destination Activation CR Holland played a key role in bringing III Forks Steakhouse, one of the nation’s premier upscale dining concepts, to Jacksonville’s Tapestry Park. Recognizing the market’s demand for a true fine-dining experience to complement the area’s growing mix of hotels, offices, and residential development, CR Holland facilitated the introduction of III Forks as a flagship culinary anchor.
HOTEL INDIGO JACKSONVILLE-DEERWOOD PARK, AN IHG HOTEL A 96-room Hotel Indigo anchored the Tapestry Park waterfront, where CR Holland secured the brand, coordinated approvals and construction, and integrated the hotel seamlessly within the mixed-use development.
Mountain Dew Park - Marion, Illinois CR Holland helped transform Mountain Dew Park into a multi-purpose entertainment venue, broadening its appeal through rebranding and event diversification.
ILLINOIS' FIRST STAR BOND DISTRICT - MARION, ILLINOIS CR Holland originated and led the creation of the first STAR Bond district in Illinois, located in Marion. Our team conceived and master planned this destination-scale development, introducing the vision for a regional sports complex as its economic and tourism anchor.
III FORKS STEAKHOUSE LAKESHORE EAST CHICAGO ILLINOIS CR Holland managed the development of III Forks, a 15,000-square-foot luxury steakhouse in Chicago’s Lakeshore East, overseeing entitlements, site selection, leasing, design coordination, and construction through opening.
