Project Description: A 136-room Aloft by Marriott hotel developed in Jacksonville’s Deerwood Park area, featuring modern architecture, a full-service bar and lounge, conference facilities, and resort-style amenities. The project introduced a fresh, lifestyle-oriented hospitality option in one of Jacksonville’s most active business and entertainment corridors.
Role & Involvement: Led site acquisition, entitlement, and development coordination. Managed the team’s joint venture partner relationship to secure Marriott brand approval, negotiate franchise and management agreements, and oversee design development, permitting, and financing. Directed and oversaw all aspects of construction and worked closely with ownership teams through project completion.
