Project Description: A 60,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Publix supermarket, complemented by retail and restaurant outparcels. The project revitalized a key retail corridor, providing new neighborhood amenities and improved vehicular access along Aloma Avenue.
Role & Involvement: Directed site planning, retail tenant negotiations, and public approvals. Secured Publix as the anchor tenant and coordinated the overall development program, including construction oversight, lease structuring, and coordination with municipal stakeholders.
