Project Description: A 96-room boutique hotel situated on the waterfront at Tapestry Park, featuring a lakefront restaurant, outdoor dining, and contemporary guest accommodations. The property helped establish Tapestry Park as a mixed-use lifestyle destination combining retail, office, and hospitality.
Role & Involvement: Secured Hotel Indigo as part of the Tapestry Park development. Coordinated closely with the hotel’s ownership group to align construction schedules, ensure entitlement approvals, and facilitate their ability to develop and build the property. Served as the primary liaison between the hotel team and the broader mixed-use project to maintain seamless integration within the overall site plan.
