IGNITE at K-96 is the third phase of a transformational mixed-use destination in Wichita, Kansas, developed by Family Destination Development, LLC. Strategically located at the southeast corner of K-96 and Greenwich Road, this 60-acre project continues the momentum of prior successful STAR Bond developments in the region.

This phase includes a dynamic blend of attractions and infrastructure, highlighted by:

  • A Major Multisport Athletic Complex featuring NCAA-grade tennis, synthetic ice skating, surfing, interactive baseball, mini-golf, and go-kart racing.

  • Wichita State University’s future Tennis Center, with 12 outdoor courts and a 40,000 sq. ft. indoor facility, positioning Wichita to host major NCAA tournaments.

  • A new Resort Hotel with chef-inspired dining, upscale amenities, and proximity to major sports and entertainment venues.

  • Immersive entertainment venues including mini-golf, indoor skydiving, an interactive baseball facility, go kart racing facility, and a vibrant surf park with dining.
