Project Description: A high-end, 15,000-square-foot steakhouse located in Chicago’s Lakeshore East development. III Forks offered a luxury dining experience with private dining rooms, a rooftop terrace, and views of the city skyline and Millennium Park.
Role & Involvement: Served in a development management role to secure entitlement with the city of Chicago. Assisted in the site selection, lease negotiation, and grand opening marketing. Worked with restaurant ownership and design teams to tailor the concept for the Chicago market and guided construction through to restaurant opening.
