Project Description: III Forks elevated Jacksonville’s hospitality landscape by delivering a nationally recognized steakhouse brand known for its USDA Prime beef, world-class wine program, and refined service standards. The restaurant’s success strengthened Tapestry Park’s position as a regional dining and entertainment destination, attracting both business travelers and local patrons seeking an upscale experience. The result is a destination-caliber restaurant that enhances the city’s culinary identity and drives sustained visitor traffic to the surrounding mixed-use environment.
Role & Involvement: CR Holland served in a development management role to bring III Forks to Jacksonville, Florida. The firm managed site selection, lease negotiation, and build-out coordination within Tapestry Park, working closely with restaurant ownership and design teams to tailor the concept for the Jacksonville market. CR Holland guided the project from entitlement through construction and opening, ensuring brand standards, design integration, and a successful market launch.
